Happy Friday, Shippers!
At RevenueCat HQ, we've immensely enjoyed seeing your response to the Ship-a-ton announcement and the early work that developers have shared online.
We know that a lot of folks are mostly working on their projects over the weekend, so – as you prepare – some helpful resources:
- In this recent Sub Club episode, Sebastian Röhl (one of the Ship-a-ton judges), shares his journey as he built indie app success story HabitKit. Took him slightly more than 35 days, but loads of interesting insights there
- An oldie, but a goodie, is Curtis Herbert (of Slopes fame)'s blogpost about building 'pay ramps' rather than walls
- Even older, in this Sub Club episode, Ryan Jones of Weather Line and Flighty shares some wisdom on his indie journey
- To stick a bit closer to RevenueCat as a product and the things you might want to integrate in your project, this blogpost from last year by Ship-a-ton host Charlie goes into what features on our Pro plan make most sense for indie developers
We're working on some live sessions for you to connect, ask questions, and learn, so stay tuned for more news on those over the coming week.
For now, please don't forget to comment on / like / share the Ship-a-ton announcements on your social platform of choice, to make sure your fellow indie devs know about the opportunity:
And if you're competing for the #BuildInPublic, be sure to let us know under this Tweet so we can add you to the list of builders (and if you're curious, follow the list and see what everyone's up to!)
Have a great weekend, everyone!
