App Removed and then Relisted

Our app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.easyexpense.mileage was launched in early September and available for a couple weeks before being wrongly removed by Google Play who has now readded the app. Would love to still have the judges review our submissions if it was not available on the Play Store when they first checked it as this was entirely a mistake on Google Plays part.

We've lost nearly $50K in ARR from this launch randomly causing all of our apps to be removed by Google. Too bad there isn't a category for most likely app to lose money.
