Urgent Request for Help

For some unknown reason Google terminated our developer account yesterday morning. Our account which creates small business apps has been around for years and achieved over one million installs. It seems our app we created for the Ship-A-Ton flag something in Googles systems though they have not shared a reason for terminating the account.

Our company and our employees are dependent on the revenue we make from our Android apps. Google has started canceling all of our subscriptions set to renew and we are losing $10,000 in ARR per day from Google canceling subscription renewals and us losing new customers.

This is an unusual channel to post in but we have exhausted pretty much every other avenue. If anyone at RevenueCat has a direct point of contact at Google Play we would really appreciate them contacting us. My email is eli@easy-expense.com.     I'm so sorry this is happening to you! We've seen this from time to time and Google has always told us to advice developers to reach out directly to the Play Store support. I understand this is pretty frustrating, but hopefully they will respond relatively quickly.

    Play store also suspend my app, which i am preparing for ShipATon hackathon. I've appealed to their decision and frustratingly waiting for their response.

    Even they rejected my application, will my submission be counted? We have given endless efforts to the application and don't want to be eliminated due to play store.

    Check if someone on your team has had their personal developer console account banned in the past, or has been part of a team that had their account banned. From what I learned, they ban by association so if someone on your team has an email that was part of previously banned account, your account will likely also be affected.

    Thanks for the tips we got our account back but most of our apps are still removed :(
