For the Design Award, the submission needs to be submitted to the App Store or can it just be a Figma file?

Heya, I wanted to focus more on my UX/UI skills for this hackathon so just wondering if my submission will be eligible if I provide a figma file for the idea/design for my app or I have to code it too and publish it to the App store?

    All submissions require the app to be available in the store by the deadline.
